One of my favorite movies of all time starts in this way and it seems fitting that a long time ago I actually wrote things on this blog!! My but life gets away from us at times! In the past five months we have been to Paris, France and back, had Bible School week, run all over southern Italy, spent much time in the hospital with a member of our congregation, got a new cat, put a new turbo in our car and all sorts of other things!
It is now the middle of summer break from school and we are now in a period of what could be called "calm". One of the things that we continue to learn though is that "calm" is a relative term in life. One day can be smooth and the next day can be completely crazy.
We hope to put a few things here in the coming days/weeks to bring you all up to date of some of the things we have done and are doing. It is interesting being here in Italy at this time because we see God moving in some really cool ways.
